I made this today and it tasted surprisingly good. Thought I would share the recipe. The only difference was instead of using 2 lbs potatoes and 1 lb cabbage, I reversed the ratio - an entire head of a large cabbage and just 1 lb of heirloom potatos from the farmers' market.
