It looks like perhaps the beads are ready made and threaded on....then the clasps and all added.....but it's hard to tell. Sure is a pretty one.
I think it is not so difficult, but you should have sufficient material first, the string, the beads, claps...
Once you have enough material, things will become easier. You can search hand making videos online. :)
