Agree that March is for crocheting decently! I do not crotchet, but my mom do that! Though we are in a very warm season, but she still decided to crotchet a scarf for me in advance for next winter. I love wearing sweaters or scarfs that niddled or crotcheted by mom with her love, it's so warm to wear them in fact. :)
Do you crochet? Yes
At what age did you learn to crochet? Who taught you? I learned over many years. My grandmother taught me to chain stitch; my best friend of the time taught me to do a treble (I hadn't yet learned single or double). I picked some up from books. I made some of it up as I went along.
Do you have a favorite crochet pattern? I don't believe in favorites, but I really like the hat I made up (converted a knitting pattern).
Have you taught anyone to crochet? Tried to teach my daughter, but she doesn't listen to anybody. "This is how *I* do it!" I have a friend who wants to learn to make pineapple doilies, but there's always a reason (large family) for her not to show up.
Is there any techniques you hope to try? Tapestry. Or Irish Lace.
