That was pretty interesting. Makes you want to stitch the snowflake on something other than what she is proposing. I also looked at the medallion that she is making. OH my gosh! I would hate to have to lay that much silk! Flat silk isn't easy to work with and it really does snag easily. I worked with it once in one of the unfinished projects that I have.

I know what you mean about snagging... silk always managed to find the one rough spot on my hands!

Is laid flat silk the reason WHY that is a UFO?

Partially!! It was a group correspondence course and I couldn't get it finished in time to send with everyone else's piece plus my experience with teacher running a thread through one of my pulled thread classes and telling me
