First full week of March. And we have a lion of a March here in NW Ohio --- wind advisories on March 1 and 2, snow yesterday --- and cold! Good weather to stay indoors and get some stitchery done, right?

So does anyone here have a to-do list they'd like to share?

Last week, my goals were pretty simple... besides having to get up early every morning from Tuesday onward, because the contractor was here, bright and early, to work on patching our formerly leaky ceiling. What is more, he found a few other things to fix so he was here all week! No sleeping in here!

Tuesday

Take care of yourself ... This is a bad time of year to let yourself run out of energy! Are the headaches weather-related? I' having headaches and mild asthma in this roller coaster climate we seem to have gotten ourselves into...

Well, it looks like it's been at least a month since I posted anything.

I am trying to get my life back together since coming home from our trip.

I finally got the treasure's work done for the guild and I have to present it this morning.

I have been working on my GCC and have yet to start the komono.

Then I leave for a three day meeting southern CA and that destroys time for stitching again.

Abby s doing better and needing lots of kitty love. So one of my goals is to keep her calm and from scratching her head anymore.

Then I want to start planning my spring garden as it has been so warm I really need to start planting but I am afraid that we will get a cold spell and kill everything.

Did you see that John more or less nagged me to show some results? LOL Like that's going to happen any day soon!

We are having roller coaster weather --- 60s one day, 30s the next; high winds, lots of rain and even some snow last weekend. Yet daffs and daylilies are coming up and even the witch hazel trees are blooming. Gardening is going to be hit-and-miss this year, I fear (and so thinks our CSA leader who I saw yesterday in the grocery store! - kind of strange to see an organic farmer shopping in the fresh veg section of a supermarket!)...
