Chrome seems to be an issue with a lot of people --- I can't even find a sign-in place on Chrome to log in!

I can also get online on my Mac with Safari (but I dont think they make Safari for PCs --- opps, I'm wrong: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1531?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US ) and Camino... you might try Camino: http://www.radarsync.com/software/s176037-camino if they have one for your OS. I think this one is the latest but it may only be good for XP and VIsta and maybe 7...
