Cloth Paper Scissors Today has a ninteresting article on how to bring more light into your space: http://e1.interweave.com/dm?id=91C3A9811D93C99A7DEE76BFA6BC2E99A1CD49487D3A97A7

How is your space lit? Could it use some improvment?

I have two crafting spaces --- my "formal" one in the basement, which, because it is in a basement, has little to no natural light, and my bedroom, which has lots of natural light, at least until the sun swings over to the west side of the house!

In the basement, DH had pot light installed, with dimmer switches, and over my work space is a pair of more powerful lights than in the rest of the basement, In addition, I have a ring lamp --- like this one --- clamped to my work space and a small clip-on desk lamp to my sewing machine table for close work. I also have a portable OttLite

My hobby room has a mix of light sources.
