I have umteem sizes of needles from beading needles to tapestry and even chenile needles. My favorite needles are the short gold needles that are half size. I have small hands and these needles fit them better. They work better for counted thread but not for needlepoint. So I regular sized ones for metalic thread and needlepoint.

Incidentally my guild makes and sells all over the world needle idexes. I am going to go tomorrow and help make more of them as we have a large order awaiting filling. Carol, you probably saw a mention about this in NIHS newsletter.
