Anyone planning a Disney World trip? I thought this guide was very helpful (and the tips are good for Disney Land too!). DH is trying to convince me that we should take the kids to D'Land again this summer. I'm not quite sure yet.

Hi everyone! I saw this great list of tips from All Things Thrifty today via Facebook and had to share. We're thinking about doing Disney again this year but not quite sure yet...all depends on the dreaded taxes. :smileysurprised: Anyway, hope someone finds this helpful!

Wow, a young family of six and they were able to take their family to Disney!! So wish my former husband and I could have done that for our girls. We did do some shorter trips with them, just not fabulous Disney! She gave some really good and different tips too!

Oh and another great one here, especially if you're traveling with a special needs kiddo!

There was a time, back when there was only Disneyland Anaheim, that there were attractions for adults as well... I remember well going in the evenings on weekends for concerts (I rememebr one with a gospel group, anothe with a comedian) when we were in grad school in LA. True, they were family rated, but still one could have a good time as a "grown-up".

This seems ot be no longer happening and, since I don't have kids, grandkids or anything remotely like, all the Disney parks have lost their appeal to me...

Good information Kellie, thank you for posting it! Not some that I can use personally, but maybe some others can benefit from it and maybe it will bring in some of our lurkers too! :)

I am so glad you posted that. I have a conference at Disney World in September and plan to bring my 2 year-old. He loves Mickey and I think he'll have a good time.
