I've only had Gabby for about 2 months and haven't really heard her sneeze until yesterday. Do cats get seasonal allergies? I also have baby chickens in the house and they're dusty little boogers so they may be making her sneeze. Is her sneezing something I should worry about? It was only about 4 times (that I heard) during the day. I should mention that she's mostly indoors but she comes outside when

Cats can get seasonal allergies and they can also sneeze for the same reasons we do (ie. dust, etc)... as long as you are not noticing a discharge that is green or yellow, I wouldn't be concerned about it. If she just has a clear discharge, that is fine - it's actually somewhat normal. If she starts to wheeze or have any trouble breathing, take her in.

Thank you Cat! Only clear discharge. I'll keep an eye on her though.

I agree with Cat - the occasional sneeze is fine.

Thank you Jeanne! The first time I heard Gabby sneeze I was surprised because I hadn't heard it before. It's a cute little sneeze. I bet the kittens are adorable with their sneezing (and falling)! It sure can be hard to be a kitten, eh? LOL

Thanks Leslie! I knew I was probably overreacting but it's been so long since I've had a cat that I wanted to check with you all to make sure.
