cat coming to live with me for 1 month or so

I have 2 female sister cats.   My friend, her  husband and CAT have sold their house and need an interim place for a short while.

I am concerned about the cats acceptance.  Once my neighbor's cat was in my house, Sammy was friendly, Molly hissed. The other cat is great in his environment but of course in mine, a new place and  new 2 cats could be a problem for that poor kitty. Is it a good idea for my friend to bring the cat over for visits first?  her cat could stay in my finished basementt but there are no windows. A month is just a month.    All these cats are good with litter boxes  and not doing damage but-----------------I have some fears.
