cat natural alarm clock- for us!

I would like to hear stories about how your kitty or kitties, wake you up in the morning? Bella usually wakes me up at 530 am by jumping on me and then continuously paws and paws and paws, like she's digging me, until I wake up! AHHH!-- or if she can find some exposed skin she will nip at me- not hard, but enough to make me get up!! I most certainly know when it is time to clip her nails! If they get to long they stick in my blankets while she continually digs and paws, and to me that's equivalent to nails on a chalk board...

Any behavior tips on how to quash this early morning wake up call? Or shall I just enjoy being battered in the morning!! (gotta love em)

Trouble is my alarm clock. He's usually ready to eat at 6am or a little before.

Because sleep is such a precious thing these days, ever since I had my baby my cats are no longer allowed in my bedroom unless they sneak in before I get to bed at night.

My Tiger used to always wake us in the am by meowing and pawing at us but our new kitties do not. I do get up and leave scooby in bed while I take a quick shower before taking him out and they always jump up and bother him!
