What sweethearts! You are a dear to do all this. :o)

I like your "stray cats" philosophy. LOL.

How awesome that you are doing that for those animals. I have always wanted to someday buy some land and keep animals, take care of strays like that. How did you get started? What does it involve? Do you work off of donations? It would be nice to have an idea so that I know what to work for. TIA

Feral cats are special. I don't know how anyone could not feed a stray cat. You are saving these cats lives. You are very special. I had 2 feral cats. They just showed up. Took 2 years to pet one of them, and 8 mos. to pet the other, then another cat came through the yard, scratched one of these on the nose and a month later leukemia killed him and 6 mos. later the other one had to be pts from leukemia. Its so sad. I can't believe there is such a deadly disease out there. donna

Hi, yourself. I have been posting on here a little about my kitty Bat-girl, who is back from the vet today and NOT in a good mood. My husband, baby and I had to move in with my parents after DH got laid off. They had three living at their house, one who had also been mine but couldn't tolerate the apartment life. His name is Fatty, and he is just a huge mass of yellow and white fur. His paws are about an inch and a half wide. I have had so many cats over the years, and wish I could have more. I like them so much better than people ;)

I will be posting more on here because there are lots of funny stories to tell. For example, my parents have a cat named Lucy who is getting old and so getting pretty ferocious. They also have a cat named Midget. Midget and Fatty got into a little brawl the other day at one end of the house. Lucy sprang up from her nap at the other end, ran to them, and gave each one of them one little slap to break up the fight, then walked off. It's like she's the mother hen. But she hates them all, so it's not a loving mother hen. Anyway, thanks for writing me back. Someday I will do what you are doing for these animals.

Oh Leslie....how sweet they are!!! You are so wonderful to have trapped them and to have had them spayed/neutered. I hope they eventually let you touch them. I especially love Stubby because she's a bobtail like my Misha!

Thanks for the new photos!

Hugs,

Suzy
