I'm really worried about Tegan

I took Tegan to the vet yesterday since her snotty nose that she gets every winter seemed suddenly worse and she wasn't terribly interested in food. She perked up quite a bit there. He put her on amoxicillin and gave her the vaccination she was due for.
She threw up once after we got home (probably the reaction of an antibiotic on an empty stomach), and slept for hours. Not too surprised at that, considering what she'd been through -- and animals always get sleepy after vaccinations, anyway. But we had to wake her up about 11 p.m., and she still seemed groggy. She had a little bit of food, and a LOT of water, and acted like her leg was hurting her where she got the injection. Then she went back to bed in her slave's room.
Now today, she doesn't seem any better at all. Maybe even a little worse. She's still moping around, has only eaten a tiny bit, and hasn't had any water yet. It seems like the pills (she's had three so far) have only cleared up her nose a tiny bit, and haven't touched what's really wrong. And she just doesn't seem herself -- she's not horribly depressed, but she's not taking pleasure in anything. No sarcastic edge at all. Worse, my roommate said that once last night she woke up and just stared unseeingly at the light for awhile, and that's not like Tegan at all.
Is this just a reaction to the vaccine that'll wear off, or is it something seriously wrong? Or could it be that the pills are making her nauseous? I can't decide if I should call the vet yet or give the stuff a bit longer to wear off. Oh, incidentally, she doesn't seem to have a fever.
My God -- I've lost two of my three girls, I don't know what would happen if the third died as well.

It's always best to at least call the vet when your furkid isn't acting quite right. There is no use taking a chance. If cats can't smell, they usually won't eat.
Let us know what your vet says.
Okay, I gave her a time frame of a couple of hours to show improvement before calling -- leaving plenty of time to take her in before the office closed, of course! -- and by that time she was showing marked improvement. She's still a tiny bit on the sleepy side, but for the most part she's up and around and acting like her normal (i.e., abnormal ;) ) self. She's had a regular amount of food, plenty of water, and was rudely demanding chicken at dinner tonight. She's doing that "I'm enjoying being sick and the center of attention" thing, so you KNOW she's going to be okay!

Just to be on the safe side, next time she is due for vaccinations - please mention it to your vet.
