Is this another one of those "too good to be true" products? lol I don't know if I'd actually buy it, but it does sound like it makes everything regarding litter cleanup easy. Also, this may seriously be a dumb question, but how do I know which cat litter Amber will like since she hasn't used a litterbox in about 9 years? Do I just buy one and hope for the best? Man, I can't even imagine what kinds of questions I'll come up with when I have my own CHILDREN. lol I'm just thinking about my cat and the littlest and sometimes stupidest things are occurring to me. lol

Sorry. Never heard of Litter Locker. But let me interject my opinion. I'm about as lazy as it gets, esp. when it comes to household chores. LOL. And I find litter upkeep to be very easy. Three or 4 minutes a day. That's w/clumping litter, that you never have to empty. Just scoop the poops & clumps every day. And I have 2 cats, to your one.

And yes, trial & error is the only way to find the best litter for you & kitty. Most experts & cat parents (not all) agree that unscented litter is better. I think a majority of us (not all) think that clumping litter is best. It keeps it cleaner b/c you're cleaning out the pee every day. With regular litter, you can only scoop out the poop. Buy 1 brand at a time, in small containers, until you find the one that she & you like best. I went through several different clumping brands til I found the one that works for us. i think maybe cat's pH really does make a difference. Not sure.

Yes, darlin', you are making this harder than it needs to be. ;o) Food, litter, litter box, a coupla toys--you're set. LOL

Well, Katz - I make EVERYTHING harder than it needs to be. lol My problem is that I think too much. It's been confirmed by my counselor whom I seeing for family-related depression. LOL And I've always been like this too. I just like to be prepared and so I think over things and try to considered all problems, etc. And like I keep saying, I'm sure Amber won't have a problem with anything at least for the first month cause she'll be indoors and with me. She'll be too happy to care about anything else. lol
