I have three suggestions: First, Catwoman gave you good advice, ask the vet. for a Rx. It certainly helped with our cat Maddison.

We had aa similar problem with Maddison except she was peeing and Pooping in the bed. (be grateful it was only your floor.) We had to throw the mattress away.

Second, get her a new litter box. Sometimes cats get negative associations with their boxes. It could be as simple as when she was in the box a car backfired or there was a loud noise that spooked her when she was in the box.

Third, put her in a room with her litter box on one end and her food and water on the other and leave her there for about a month. It re-trains them to use only the box and imprints where the box is. It is reenforced by the repetition. I had three different vets tell me to do this with maddison and it worked. Go in and play with her and pet her and if you see her use the box, Praise her and give her treats.

I know it sounds very harsh, but it is better than getting rid of the cat.

Good luck
