She was awfully chatty last night when I got home.
Oh boy, the poor boys in your house are going to be sick of her by the time she gets out of heat.
She is no longer lactating, so she goes back to the shelter on Saturday.
I have often wondered why that sound alone isn't enough to encourage more people to spay and neuter.
Amazingly it's tough to find low cost spay and neuter everywhere. I live in a county where it took weeks to get an answer from a clinic and even then it was over an hour away. I guess it's because we're out in the country. My cat is spayed of course but I can see why people might not try too hard to get a stray spayed. There should be convenient places to get it done without jumping through hoops.
Good point. It would be harder in the country.
I live in a larger city and there are clinics EVERYWHERE so I get tired of hearing the excuse around here.
