I am sorry if I am wrong, but this is not true. Not from first hand knowledge, but MSNBCMSN.COM is not MSN, NBC or MSNBC it is someone elses page. A search on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and NBC bring up nothing on this. If you get this info in an email sent to you it had to be a joke or hoax. Just my opinion.

>>>...if people would just spay and neuter, these things wouldn't happen :( :( :(<<<

I totally agree. The cat overpopulation problem is defnitely the fault of human inaction throughout the course of history. We are having a discussion about this article over on the in-door cats only board too. Most posters over there (and I agree wholeheartedly) feel that capturing the feral cats, getting them fixed, and releasing them back out into the wild is the best way to combat the overpopulation problem. And, of course, pet owners need to spay and neuter their housecats.

It was in a major newspaper and on their website. The man is now receiving death threats, the fool. Donna
