Lucy keeps taking two of her babies out of the box. First they were in front of the door and now they're under the bed where I can't even reach. Should I leave them there? Why is she only leaving 2 and taking the other 2?

nevermind.. she is now bringing another under the bed. Is it okay for them to be under there? There is no way I can be checking on them under there. But I guess she feels that is the best place. She just didn't

Calm down and give her a little while to get everybody moved. I have had numerous sets of kittens and the mommy does know what she's doing. If she doesn't move the other one soon, she may know something that you don't. As sad as it is, that's the way they were made. I have had litters that grew up fine and whole litters that died for no good reason. The mommy knows.

So should I leave them under the bed? I just worry about them because some of them keep crawling out

watch where you are walking and let her put them where she likes. A less stressed mommy makes everybodys life easier. She may not like that they can move and put them where they can't go anywhere. My cats usually moved their kittens evey time I found them. I even tried putting them in a box up on top of a dresser so the kids couldn't see them, but they would always try to jump out of the box with the kitten and I was more afraid somebody would get dropped. try to block off anywhere you don't want them because that's where she is going to want to put them.

Is there any way you could put a box under the bed? It doesn't have to have very high sides to keep the kittens in at this stage.
