Hi, I joined a year ago, and never did much with my acocunt... but I'm here now!

I have 4 cats - all tabbies. You could say I'm addicted to tabbies! First I have Allen, a great big 20 pound orange fellow. He's the king cat. Next is Pouncer, my best guy. I love that guy soooo much! He a grey tabby with lots and lots of tan. Then I have two kittens, both are brother and sister, who are 4 months old. They were foster kittens, but I just couldn't give them up. Harry is a white and orange dude... he's is so sweet and very funny. He going to be HUGE when he grows up. Then his little sister, Abby is a "torbie" which is a Tortie and a tabby. Is is beautiful... orange and black and grey and brown. her stripes are black, with tortie marking in between them. She has lots of "torti-tude". All 4 cats love each other and constantly sleep heaped n one big cat pile. I LOVE it.

I also foster kittens, but am taking a break since Pouncer reacted badly to the last one. I hope to do it again before Christmas because there's nothing as fun as kittens running around the house! Even without fosters, I do a lot of work with the local no-kill rescue. DH and everyone else has taken to calling me Cat Woman. I guess there could be worse nicknames!

LOL! My Daisy, pictured, is a "torbie," too, though I never heard that word til now. Everybody comments on how pretty she is. :) She's my Snuggle Bunny of the Universe. :)

Thank you all for your warm welcome!

I belong to another cat message board, and am used to being able to upload pictures, but here I'll have to rely on my descriptions! LOL

I do have a ivillage members website, but its for my "business" of pencil drawing portraits... but I have all my babies shown on it (both human and 4 legged.) The one on the Homepage is Abby, then if you click to the "Animals" page, "King of the World" is Allen, "Catnap" is Harry, and Pouncer is featured three times: "At the Window" "Pouncer" and "Brothers" (he's with Allen in that one) Can you tell Pouncer's my boy? Three pictures just of him!

Do links to online photo albums work here? If so, I can get an album made to show you photos of my kitties. I have sooo many photos that DH keeps telling me that I need to start making greeting cards and calendars! I am not sure about that one... but I keep taking more pictures!

I have always had a way with cats, and every time I meet one and someone says "oh he/she won't let anybody touch him/her" I seem to always be allowed ot touch them. I have held and petted cats that others can't get near.

Hi! Your kitties sound wonderful. :) Here at iV you can get a paid subscription that allows you to upload pix, among many other convenient features. The first year intro rate is only like $15 a year, I think, then around $30 a year after that. It's worth it. :) You should be able to see a box on the Cats main page that says something about Express Yourself. Click there.
