The "tail" of Fiona

I want to share about my furbaby Fiona, aka: Princess Fiona Fruitbat.
I went to the pet store about two years or so ago to pick up a toy for Spaz when I saw this bugeyed little calico "waving" at me in her cage. She got so excited when I went over to see her, she tripped over her sibling and fell in the litter box. I was in love. (much to my fiance's dismay. I already had three cats and he had one) So Fiona came home with me. Looking at her closely she resembled a fruit bat, especially when she was dangling upside down on my living room curtians or clinging to Mike's pantleg as he walked across the room! I should have known then that she wasn't exactly the brightest buld in the bunch. :) When my fiance comes home from work she gets so excited she swings her head around and usually ends up smacking it against something..the wall, the fish tank, the chairs, another cat. She'll fall asleep sitting up and tip over. She's fallen down the stairs chasing her tail, off the bookcases and off the shelves in our home while chasing something only she can see. She's a riot to watch. She never has grown into her buggy eyes either. I've always wondered if calico's are naturally clutzy, and spastic like this or if Fiona (or Fruit as she's called here) is just..well..special. Her favorite thing in the world is to "help" in the bathroom in the mornings by getting up on the sink or toilet when my fiance or I are in there trying to get ready for work. When we are outside she "waves" at us by pawing the glass when she sees us. She doesn't have a fovorite toy because she ends up getting beaten up by her own toys, and she has the attention span of a ferret on a frosting high! Or she could just be misunderstood.. :)

Awww, Fiona sounds just adorable and such a little charater.
We called him "Scum Bag" it suited him perfectly. He fell off everything, the TV set, the table, the couch, anything. He also used to open cabinets and doors. You couldn't keep him out if he wanted in somewhere. His favorite place to sit was on top of the kitchen cabinets, looking down on everything. He was a loon sometimes, but he was a sweetie. He played dead too, LOL. You pointed your finger at him(ya know like holding a gun)and said "bang", he'd rollover on his back, and wait for you to rub his belly.
He was a nut too, we always said he had a few screws loose, but we loved him anyway.
