I am so glad he is home! You are lucky he has not peed on the carpet. I am good at pee as I put up with Dusty losing control for a yr before I lost him. So many said put him to sleep but I could not..

Thank goodness Sammy is home and will be ok. This is exactly what happened to Misha. She was on the Clavamox 2 weeks, but the pill form (1/2 dose since a whole dose made her sick). How often does Sammy need to take his liquid antibiotics? I hope it doesn't upset his tummy. You are an awesome furdad! You do everything to make sure Sammy is comfortable. I just know he loves you so very much!

I will pray for Sammy's quick recovery, and I hope you and your furbabies have a good, restful night's sleep.

Hugs,

Suzy

I'm glad you took your cat for medicine. I have one cat on flagyl right now for a chronic upset stomach. We are hoping it helps her. She was feral, half grown when I caught her, inside-cat only. The medicine was liquid. Every time I gave it to her, clear slobber stuff would hang from her mouth. Guess the med taste terrible, so the vet gave me the pill form. It is almost impossible to get her to swallow it. She will spit it out over and over again. She also gets extremely mad when I am giving her this. I've tried to hide it in food, but that didn't work. Do you think I need to get it in the very back of her mouth somehow? Another kitten was on a liquid med that made her mouth slobber alot. It was terrible. I don't have the med in front of me, but a side effect of it on kittens could be discoloring of adult teeth that will come in. Started with a T. Anyway, have a great weekend. donna

Sammy is virtually impossible to pill.
