Yep like the old saying goes, "Dogs have owners and cats have staff".
Yep - we are all just staff. I jokingly tell people sometimes I think if the cats could figure out how to get food delivered, they would change the locks - my main purpose is to buy food and get it out of the container. :) (OK - not entirely true, but sometimes it seems like it).
In fact, a while ago I was met at the top of the stairs when I got home from work by cats yowling for dinner. Except when I got in their room, all the dishes had food (which is unusual - I feed a set amount 3 times per day so it is usually gone when I get home from work).
