I believe my pets emotions are best distinguished by their behaviors more than anything. With that, I can all most always tell when something is off with one of my pets, such as my chow/husky mix Rolyx was lethargic and down when I first brought him home...it was a tough change for him. Now you wouldn't know he ever had a problem.

Yes. My little one doesn't like to be alone either; she misses her sister and has been with her since she was 8 weeks old. She's now 8 years old. She looks pretty disgusted when we leave her alone sometimes

I think Cleo is now having a hard time with ^Samantha's^ passing.

Absolutely! Maya will actually shun us sometimes when she's not happy with us. But if we take her out for a special trip somewhere on her own, she will actually radiate happiness.

They all have their own emotions...sometimes Nina will be cranky, or Pipa will be a little needy and extra snuggly. People often remark about how different their four personalities are, so it's all part of who they are.

I'm definitely aware when ours are feeling something.
