Monica here with Taylor (cocker spaniel) in San Diego. This weekend we put together Taylor's new pen. It's wood with black grates and two doors, plus a cover so the lil' bugger can't climb out. I can also divided the pen as I'm considering fostering a dog (well, more like day care baby sitting situation, than a full on foster care) so Taylor can have a play mate.

Today Taylor is at the vet for xrays as he has been limping and I"m hoping he hasn't hurt the growth plate in his leg.

Jenn here in DC with Chihuahuas Maya, Lola, Nina and Pipa. Last weekend we relaxed after work on Friday with some dinner and drinks, then did some shopping and lunch on Saturday and had a nice Sunday laying low and catching up on Netflix! With the thunderstorms and humidity, it was nice just to stay in for the day.

The "horrific" heat finally broke here on Thursday....Wednesday evening we got some heavey rain and it did help....in the sun it's hot but we've had a breeze or two lately....LOL....
