I almost lost Cleo....

Yesterday I took the day off from the Studio....we had DH's sister and her family over for the weekend and I had a lot of cleaning up to do.

Oh Laura! How scary. I'm glad that Cleo is okay! I'm sorry about your voice and back and arms. I guess the company was too much for Cleo.
One thing our trainer taught us was to yell a food item when chasing a dog. I've tried it with Gracie. She doesn't so much run away but she'll get busy and won't come when I call her. We live on 8 acres so I don't have to worry about traffic too much but I still want her to come when I call her - just in case we do get in a traffic situation. I tried yelling "milk bone" when she won't come and sure enough... when she heard that she came running. Of course I had to go get one for her but that's okay. She came. I think cheese would work too. Does Cleo have a trigger word like milk bone that you have to spell in front of her? That word would work I think.
