Idaho has a bill allowing "live bait" to draw in wolves....

While it doesn't actually mention dogs....it does contain the words "live bait" which could be dogs, horses....etc.

I can definitely understand that farmers are suffering from the loss of their cattle, but using the family dog as bait just seems wrong. In fact, I can't imagine someone really using the family dog. It would be a real shame to see people grabbing strays, adopting or buying pets for this use.

I believe it does....but since when has animal cruelty been a priority, especially when it comes to wildlife?

I should think that would quilafy as animal cruelty! To the bait, especially, as well as th wwolves.
