She's up and about but not too much.  She went pee and took a big drink of water when she got out of the SUV and now she's napping.  She's got quite a big incision with staples.  She has pain med too of course.  I'll take a few pictures later on.  Bear doesn't know what to think but he is leaving her alone.  He sure gave her a good sniffing.  She is on some liver food for awhile because some of her liver numbers were off.  Dr Mary said it could be from the tumor as it was sitting right up against her liver.  She said she didn't want to take the nodule off of her liver as she had been through enough.  She doesn't think that it's anything.  Now praying the biopsy comes back benign.

I have a $2300 dog now.  lol  I don't care, she is worth every penny.  I'm just glad that she is here with me still. I have a job just for things like this. Care credit gave me a year to pay with no interest which is really nice.

I gave her kisses and hugs from all of you. She really loves them.

I read up on spleen surgery and it did say that it would be a big incision.   Yes 3 hours is pretty long surgery for a pet.

I'm glad that Bear liked her food so I hope Daisy does when she gets her appetite back.

I'm optomistic that the biopsy will be benign so we'll keep on praying.

It would be nice to have our siggies working properly and you could have Daisy's sweet face for us to kiss in her graphic.

I was so glad to get her home last night.  She has about a 10 inch incision so that is quite a surgery.  I guess the longer the incision the bigger the vet bill. lol  I thing Dr Mary had her in surgery about 3 hours so that's pretty long for a pet.

She didn't eat much last night.  Bear liked her new food though.  lol

Thanks for all your prayers for Daisy.  I hope the next prayer will work for her too that the tumor is benign.

Thank you so much for the nice graphic for Daisy's recovery.  I wish I could put it on my siggy.

Yep Daisy will get some more spoiling.  She wants to be left alone pretty much right now except for some kisses and pets.  She is doing really well for having about a 10 inch incision on her belly.  Maybe Dr Mary did implant some gold or sliver in her. LOL  Yeah that was quite a bill, but I was expecting a big one.  At least it didn't go over my Care Credit limit.

I'll give her more kisses from you and the furpack.

They said that Daisy had a good night at the hospital and they took the iv's out really early in the morning.  She slept all night last night.  She gets a little loopy from her pain meds, but she's allowed.  She didn't eat much last night, but that's to be expected.  She did eat her bedtime treat.

Yes we have to go with what the vet said.  She's the one getting the big bucks.

I'll give her more kisses and hugs from you.

This is such wonderful news.   That's good that she is peeing and drinking.  She had big surgery so a big incision and a big vet bill I guess.  That's nice that you have Care Credit.  Yes that sweet girl is worth every penny.

I hope she likes her liver food.  We'll be praying for it to be benign.

Thanks for passing on our kisses and hugs.  ((((((((Leslie)))))))
