Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to all my American Friends.  I am celebrating with you as I have a stuffed turkey breast in the oven cooking and the smell of turkey is wafting through my apartment.  I'll make all the trimmings to go with it; mashed potatoes, vegetables and turkey gravy.  The only thing I won't have is pumpkin pie as it would shoot up my blood glucose levels.

I hope you are having a great and wonderful day along with a scruptious meal.

All the best.

A ham is a great feast as I love it too.  If you have a good ham bone you can always make a nice pea soup with it.  I must get one too.

All the best,
