The part that gets me is it says "they are considering criminal charges"......considering???? You've got to be kidding, this guy should be put in jail for a while!!! He needs to be punished for what he did to these poor horses!!!
I would if I had more time. Taking care of 3 horses is enough for me right now.
You could adopt one too Chris. You have a back yard with a fence and a garage.

That's so sad, the poor horses. I'm glad some of them are able to get rescued and new homes. That man should be left out in nowhere with no food to keep him warm and see how it is.
Animal abuse has to be the lowest of lows!
Why don't these people ask for help instead of letting their animals get neglected like this. So sad. Thank heavens for these rescuers.
