I was that way in my 40's Mary. I thought they were all idiots. I had had it with dating and took a rest from it for a few years and it was a wonderful break, then my dh came along. You need a break right now and sometime to be yourself, to do what you want when you want to and enjoy what you like doing. Who knows what the future holds. I know you are very independent and have a lot of interests in life and no moss is going to grow under your feet.

What can i say Jane, that's what would have to happen to me....otherwise....i look, but i know better than to go any farther....... They might look cute, handsome, or sexy, but the matter between the ears is another question. Relationships are ALOT of work, n i'm just not into worryin about a man all that much....Not anymore. Right now i have other priorities.....
Mary I was totally done with men when I met my dh. He just snuck up on me with the help of my sil and my dh's friend.
Sindee, i don't know what to tell you....i do better with the dogs than men. I've never had much luck with men at all n as far as i am concerned right now...they are all idiots. Except a very few that are nice, i know there are a few exceptions to the rule, but i know i'll never have one. I'm done with men.
I guess you could tell Rick to just go by himself and you will stay home. lol It's nice to stay home on the weekends when you work all week. I don't get much done during the week so I usually have lots to do on the weekends.

That's good that the babies all had good check ups Mary. I'm glad their ears are looking better and I bet feeling better too. That's good that Teika's skin is better too. Oh boy Inkee will be in for it next month.
That's even better that you didn't get rain and it stayed warm. It's been chilly here, but no rain or snow so I'll take it. You did good getting the boxes in the garage all sorted and now you can find something if you need to.
Kids seem to get over these things pretty fast. That's cute that he just ate gummy bears and a pop tart.

Nothing much going on with me. I was hoping to work this weekend.... But no luck.
I just want to stay home... But DS wants to go somewhere.
I'm so tired of fighting for my own life I could scream. I want red he wants blue... I want up he says down. he has to make plans... I hate plans.....I'm just so tired of this life.
The babies all had good check ups. Fiona's ears looked good n clean they said. She also got a 3yr rabies shot. Bronx's ears still looked a bit dirty, but alot improved. Teika's ears looked a bit dirty, but alot improved. Her skin looked alot better too. I need to keep up the ear stuff for another week. So....next is Inkee....maybe next month.
I will wait a few days n see if i hear from Aldi, n then put in apps at Lowes, then Walgreens. We shall see....one at a time.
It never did rain today, but is still warm out......will be warm tomorrow, then it is supposed to go back down in temps again. I'm glad i got the boxes in the garage sorted yesterday. I got them all done. It wasn't too bad, i had my little heater out there n kept moving. Bro kept leavin the door open...uugghhh!!!! I now have all the boxes i am not worried about stacked against the wall n wrote on what's in them, so now when i need something i will know which box. YEA!!!
My grandson seems to be doin okay today, he's still coughing, but i'm givin him his breathin treatments n meds. He isn't eatin, had some gummi bears n a pop tart!! Wish i could survive on that!!!
