my sites...

I tried to File save as web page complete...It does not work...Is there another way to do this...

Spark's page has been gone for 4 or 5 days now...they e-mail me saying they were having problems...But I also know people who lost their beloved memorial sites for the furangels like ^Mulligan & Tuckers^ I could't handle it after all the work I did on my Boys sites

Any way....how can I save them outside of ivillage...I know I could do the picture and I have but the lay out and the words and the peoms...I just want to save the whole site the way it is

Sindee.....Like my New Name?...aka msnkeper..........the worried sick mom

If you are looking at your page, click "VIEW" from the tool bar, go to "source" and it will open your code, then you can copy and save that and if you have to rebuild it, you can use the IV HTML editor instead of Site Builder and cut and paste that. Hope that makes sense. :)

Hi there! I know exactly how you are feeling! I hope they can get this situation resolved soon as it is a major PITA!!!!

Littlemascara has a great suggestion for you, then if you save that all in a notepad form if the site accidentally gets deleted all you have to do is just copy and paste it back up! Also, you could try saving it on your hard drive as a page that is viewable offline. I really think the first idea is the best, then that way all you would have to do is reupload your pics and off you go!

I know how frustrating this is! I have many friends that have lost their web pages and after all the hard work that goes into them, it's a real shame!

Keep us posted and holler if you need any help!

Take care...

I hear you and I have the same concerns. I've spent 3 years working on my sites. Not encouraging to think all that heartfelt work can disappear in one click.
