Wed. night, called Highway thru Hell, when it started the fist weeks were based on the donner pass in California, which is very interesting if you want to look it up. I just rented a book on the Donner family,it is so gorgeous up there and they get a ton ofsnow

Well now the next episodes are on the coq highway in B.C....have you eard of it? Looks very dangerous..and we call the big trucks semi's but they were calling them seme's...weird

That sounds like a good show Chris. I remember going to the Donner party memorial and history center a couple of times. It's really pretty there and rugged. I'll have to try to find that show and watch it or record it.
I just love history things like this
The Coq is the Coquihalla Highway and has the most beautiful landscapes in the province. It joins the Hope-Princeton and Fraser Canyon. It is through mountainous area so I'm sure it is dangerous at times.
So neat!!!!! Sooo..do you guys say Semi or Seme for the big trucks? have you ever been there?
