it's here!! Whats up!!??
Yep it's hear already. Back to work today for me.
I hurt my back somehow yesterday. I didn't really do anything to hurt it. The celebrex I took last evening didn't really help like it usually does, so maybe just sitting more will help. Geeze.
Not alot goin on here...got my room ceiling painted last nite, looks fine. Painted the walls today, need a second coat. Been workin on wallpaper, there's gotta be an easier way!!! Gonna google it and see. The gas company came out n the stove actually started on fire, the dryer needs a hose vent, the water heater needs a cover for the pilot n the furnace needs something before it can be lit....aaauuugghhh.... So we need a new stove now. We will see about the furnace when the guy comes on thursday.
Leslie, i hope your back feels better and continues to feel better.
Jane, so glad Misha is feeling his beans, yippeeee!!! I'll say a few prayers for your friend, i hope you have a good trip. When you leavin n gonna be back??
Chris, what you doin?? When do you get your dads car??
Sindee...how was work....awful...i thot so.
Have a great evening everyone!! I be scrapin wallpaper!!
No more wallpaper for me.....i am at my wits end with this stuff...... I have hit on a solution of fabric softener and water along with a thing that scores the paper, it seems to be workin a bit better, but it is still gonna take too long....... Anyone know of anything else??? I have heard hot, hot water, but no hot water heater...so no hot water...... I have also tried the diff spray they sell at menards. Also heard that vinegar cuts the paste..... gonna try a few other things too.
Wow you have been really working your butt off getting things done. That's such a pain to have to remove wallpaper. I hope that there isn't a bunch of it in the house. That's scary that the stove caught fire! Yes I think you need a new one for sure. I hope there isn't too much wrong with the furnace.
My back is better thanks.
That's good that your friend has a wonderful family to help take care of her. I'm glad you will get to see her this week.
Yes we can't get mad at our furkids when they scratch the carpet with those sweet faces.
What a pain having to remove that wallpaper. I don't know of any other solution but maybe renting a wallpaper steamer. I put wallpaper up on one wall of our bedroom and one in the kitchen, but I put wallpaper sizing on it first, so I hope it won't be too bad. I want to remove the stuff in the bedroom someday.
