Gee Chris, i didn't know you had any ducks!!!  LOL!!!

Same thing here, paintin n more paintin.....the handyman came last friday and installed my new sink and faucet.  He's workin on the bathroom next.  Alot of work in there, the floor under the tub has to be replaced, all the plumbing, the tub, the shower surround, the toilet.....he's fast and does a great job, so it probably won't take him that long.  I painted the second coat on the living room, n the hallway.  I got a first coat in the first guest room, gonna get a second coat on it today and start on the trim for the living room and hallway today.  The kitchen just needs to be cleaned and straightened up, put some new contact paper on the shelves.  My dd came yesterday and washed the outside of the cabiinets.  Her hubby cut up the carpet in the livin room for me n pulled up those darned tackboards.  Granddaughter walked around and watched everyone!!!

Have a great day and week everyone!!

My friend Par is coming over for a visit pretty soon..  So I'm up and getting in shower..  while I'm in there I'll clean it.
We pulled out our other set of dishes..so I'm changing dishes today.  I change them maybe every five years..then it's like getting a new set...
Also hoping to work on flowers beds..cutting, raking..  Then I'll get out the push mowers and run over the leaves before they all blow back in the beds..
Sheets get changed....NOT flannel yet  no matter how much Rick crys about being cold...

I bet your ducks are cute. lol

Dh is still in a lot of pain and only getting up to use the bathroom.  Getting up and down is a major chore for him right now.  He uses his walker to get around in.

Back to work today.

It sounds like you are on the home stretch now Mary.  That's good that you have the handyman helping you.  Bathrooms are hard to gut and put back together.

That's good that you had a cute little supervisor yesterday.

That will be fun to have your friend Par visiting you.

I want to get some new dishes.  I hate the bowls that go to the set I'm using.  I got a couple of better bowls and should get more and get rid of the ones to the set.  I usually end up breaking most of my dishes then I can replace them sooner, but I haven't broken many of the ones I have. I don't have a spare set,  just pieces.

You must be having nice weather to work outside.  I need to do some yard work before, but it's been so rainy.  I has warmed up here.  It's a tad muggy with the rain we are having.

You are really moving along with your house renovations.  Sounds like it won't be too much longer and you will be able to move in.

That's nice your friend is coming over for a visit.  Sounds like you have a lot of outdoor work to do.

If I haven't changed to flannel yet then it can't be too cold.  Of course since menopause I do get some extra heat charges in the night.  LOL

Have a nice day!
