Lots goin on today...i'm cookin a turkey for dinner later.  Plus i'm gettin both dd's and sil's together to move my mom's china cabinet and my german shrunk from my old house to here.  I'm gonna go over in an hour or so and clean both of them out.  Mom's china cabinet has more of my hummels in it, so i need to get the boxes up from the basement and box them up properly.  Does anyone know what a german shrunk is????  I'm bettiin not......it is a large cabinet i got while in germany.  The germans don't have closets in their homes, so they have shrunks for storage.  They have kitchen, bedroom, livin room shrunks.  This one is about 6 ft tall and is about 8.5 foot in length.  It comes apart, but you gotta know how to do it, i'm showin the kids today how this works.  That was one thing i was lookin for when house shoppin....a wall for that!!  I'll take a few pictures today so you can see.  Mom's china cabinet is one of those half round ones, my dad bought it for her.  Should be a fun, but exhausting day!!  I hope everyone else has a great day!!!

That's good that you are getting your mom's china cabinet and your German shrunk moved to your new house.  That sounds like a lot of work and I bet they are both really heavy.  That's good that the shrunk comes apart.  I would love to see pictures of them both.  You are right I never heard of a shrunk.  You mom's china cabinet is such a nice heirloom for you especially since your dad bought it for her.

Have a nice breakfast out this morning.

DS, Austin and Emmy are supposed to help me gather cows today so I can wean the calves.  I have all of the heifers sold and the man buying them wants to pick them up this afternoon.  I have most of the bull calves sold too, so I need to get them all sorted and worked.  The mamas won't be happy for a couple of days, but will get over it.  It's a nice sunny day today so it will be perfect for gathering the cows.

Doing a bit of laundry this morning until ds and the kids are ready to help me.

Well as for me and mine...

No powerball winner.. Wednesday drawing worth 425 million. If I win my friends and family....along with TONS of animals would win right along with me..  Cash value is 278 million..that woulds.

Playing on computer..doing bed linens..got back out my work bag.. Thinking about chicken and dumplings for supper... need to run to Walmart for few things..
Cats are moving around these days... Jo has moved to the cat bed... she does that in the cold seasons...  Buddy has taken over Jo's perch top of condo.. and Rider has to have my throw or my lap...

Well Sindee I hope you win the powerball as that is one sweet amount of money.

Sounds like your kitties are all on the move.  My two change beds every couple of weeks.  Misha still loves his window bed though and he spends most of his time there.  He got a visitor at the window this morning.  It was the brown tabby with the beautiful markings.  He didn't think much of him and was really upset so I chased him off.  I can't believe people are letting their cats out at 6 am with snow on the ground.

Cute pic of my nephew.  Kisses to him.
