Hi all. My song is "Apologize" and really has nothing in the lyrics that relate to my Anita but here's the story: I kept hearing this song in the warehouse I pick my packages from and really liked it. So I downloaded it and listened to it over and over again with Anita at my feet looking up at me. Now, it tears my heart out to hear it. I haven't played it on my computer since she left but it still plays on the radio at work and it's hard. Thank you.

Right after we brought Sarah home in Jan of 1996,he birthday wasn't till April when she would turn 6,a new song came out called "Keeper of the stars" by Tracy Bird.

I sang the Lord's Prayer to Gretchen on the drive to the vet. I'm a horrible singer, but she seemed to just like my voice. I still can't sing it again. Pray it, yes, but not sing it.

I work in rescue and was just reading through some of these boards because I'm an animal lover. I'm so sorry for your losses. My baby girl is still with me but I hope you'll allow me to add what "our" song is/are. I have a 20 pound standard chocolate and tan Dachshund named Tootsie. She is my heart.
