~~~~The Stairway to the Bridge is now under construction.........~~~~
The Pet Bereavement Message Board has hit a milestone. **Our 50th board** In lieu of any celebration or congratulations, we have a "Heavenly Plan"! Our intention is to build a STAIR CASE UP TO THE RAINBOW BRIDGE!!!In honor of all our beloved angels, (who wait patiently for us) at the Bridge, we encourage you to post a "STEP", listing your angel's name, and your location. (If you have more than one furbaby waiting for you, please post a "STEP" for each!) For example:
1) A step closer to Whisper, from Lin in California
2) A step closer to Valentine, from Lin in California
3) A step closer to Bloucher, from Lin in California
Let's see how far we can climb! (Hang on - all you precious angels - we're on our way!)
Thank you for helping us build a 'Stairway to the Bridge', in honor of our 50th board. (Hopefully, when we are finished, we will have a permanent record of each and every step - closer to our beloved angels.)
One step closer to Matzoh
Matzoh was my hunny-bunny little mutt, died at almost 17 years old of a stroke, 7 years ago. I *still* wake up in the night and think I have to make more room for him behind my knees on the bed....
One step closer to Hatsh
Hatshepsut was my run-o-the-mill barn cat, acquired as a nasty-tempered kitten.... ; ) She was a "fried egg" -- yellow tabby on top, white belly and legs. She was around 19 years old when she died, just a couple of months after her "brother" Matzoh. Kinda hard to type when ya can't see the keys, suddenly, isn't it?
