From a breeder/mill going out of business.  Some in poor condition.  All needing vetting.  Information on DFW Pug Rescue, Inc.'s website and FB page.  http://www.dfwpugs.com/

I volunteered to take another foster.

Lone Star Bulldog Rescue also took some bullies and they are in poor condition.

OH it's just so sad,, these little creatures ...... my heart goes out to them.  Then there is you Gaye, with the big heart and unending love and always a place in your home for a foster.  (())

show us a photo of your new foster when you can.  BTW, how is Roo doing?

Wow - when will the puppy mills ever end?  When people stop buying puppies from the internet and pet stores!  At least these dogs are now in loving and safe hands.  My podiatrist is a huge dog lover and his wife works a lot with rescues yet she decided she wanted some sort of designer breed dog so she ordered and bought it online!  OMG!  Seriously?  Ugh!

How incredibly sad! I hope these dogs get a loving home. I get so sad when I read about puppy mills. Actually, it infuriates me!!

Roo Ben is doing lots better on his medication.  He woke me twice last night, trying to jump up onto the bed!  I take Roo Ben to the clinic for a recheck Thursday at 4.  I told rescue if any dogs (either from the mill or other sources) were ready to be released at that time I would bring one home with me.  They just have to let me know whom.

The 37 dogs are in 5 clinics around North Texas, some as far away as Wichita Falls.  I told them I would pull from either of the clinics in Tarrant County.

The little girl with the rectal prolapse has had her surgery, and I understand she is doing well.

This gets me crazy....how people can still purchase dogs from pet stores with all the information out there about puppy mills!!

On the other end of the spectrum are the wonderful rescues and foster families, like you Gaye.  What would these poor puppies do without you all......
