Today is the day that Gaye adopted her sweet Pug-boy Moe!  I have always called adoption days, gotcha days.  :smileyvery-happy:

I hope Moe has a very special day today getting all the things he loves most - yummy treats, lots of ear scritches, belly rubs, attention from mom and siblings, whatever it is that makes him happiest!!

Thank you.  Moe is dealing with a health issue on his Gotcha Day, so he isn't celebrating much.  And he had to spend last night on the bathroom floor because his nasty cheek ailment was leaking, so he woke Mommy up several times, voicing his displeasure.

He will get extra treats and love from Mommy.

Dr. Sanders thinks it is a blocked salivary gland.  Moe has been on Baytril for a week, and his cheek is finally back to normal size and not bothering him.  Last weekend, it perforated on the outside and began to leak a bit.  Nasty.  The course of antibiotics is ten days, and Moe has another appointment for 10 AM Monday.

I put all my animal expenses on my Discoveer Card, and I just got my bill.  OMG this has cost me a fortune so far.
