Gaye here between Dallas and Fort Worth, TX, with the pugs: Anya, Jabaar and Roo Ben.
Went to a concert at the church Friday evening.
Went to the shelter early Saturday morning to clean up the dogs going to the offsite PetSmart adoption event. Followed the truck to PetSmart and stayed until about noon. Went home and showered, and went to my friend's house in Dallas County for our Bible study class (which was moved from Friday evening to Saturday afternoon so we could atttend the concert.)
Church Sunday morning. Stopped at Kroger on my way home and got some groceries. It was a very pretty afternoon, so I took Roo Ben for a walk to the park. Need to get a few pounds off of him. He has a bum leg, falls down sometimes, and tires quickly. I'm looking for a used baby stroller (umbrella type) because at 32.5 pounds, I can't carry him home if he can't walk anymore. Catch 22 -- he will walk better when he loses some weight; I have to exercise him to get the weight off!
Went to a class at the church Sunday evening called Prayer by Personality Type, led by our female Deacon. She is a funny lady, and the topic was very intriguing. We started by taking a personality test. Who knew that different prayer styles apply to different personality types?
Off to Aldi this morning to buy the things I get there. Their produce is cheaper. Not a huge variety, but the quality is good and the price can't be beat.
Terre from Arkansas with Jack and Taz, Toy Fox Terriers.
Let's see....Saturday the gutters needed to be cleaned out. I noticed on our last big rain it seemed to be raining over the back sidewalk instead of draining so I got dh to go on the roof and clean the gutters (I'm not getting up there - lol). Meanwhile, I went to my church since I had altar duty Saturday night and when I returned I took the niblets for a short walk. Then got ready to go to church. Afterwards we drove into the city and had dinner as we always do on Saturday nights. After that we dropped off at Bed Bath & Beyond and bought a new Keurig coffee machine. Ours crapped out so we bought a new model - loving it!!
Sunday - didn't do much but catch up on some reading, watch Jack and Taz snooze and dh started working on the taxes! The weekend just flew by.....
Laura here in Virginia with 7YO lab/mix, Cleo.
Saturday I went into the Studio a little early because we had a chiropractor offering free massages for our clients during Client Appreciation Month. It was raining all day so DH couldn't take Cleo to the park; but she was sleeping when I got home anyway....LOL....
Sunday was beautiful but I had a lot of house things to do; but Cleo got to go to the park for a while. DH said that everyone said how soft Cleo is, and what a cute dog she is. Of course she had to go to every single person for a belly rub....
On the Keirsey Temperament Sorter II I am ISFJ.
And yes! This is me to a tee.
I don't know about a coffee nut but me and dh do enjoy coffee. I limit it though to only in the morning. I never drink past 12 noon, although I will on occasion drink coffee at a restaurant with dessert.
Barbara in Michigan with 10yr old Weimaraner, Comet and Keeker, his sidekick kat. I took Thursday and Friday off, had some dental work done and then ignored my business laptop for the rest of the weekend. So they can fire me!
Saturday I had a dinner date. Let's just say I have a smile on my face. Not the marrying kind, but sure a lot of fun. This guy makes me laugh.
Oh say, can you see?
