A friend of mine called 1-800-PetMeds and was told about a product called Zymox, which is great when your dog's ears are sore or infected with yeast or bacterial. I works great, I used it on Teddy when he was here last week and it does work fast. One plus is you don't have to clean their ear(s) first before using the Zymox. They also have an ear clearer, too. I haven't clean Peco and Vozzy ears but I do check them, luckily they don't have ear problems with having their type of floppy ears.

No ear cleaning here - thankfully both Emmy & Buzz always have clean ears!

I don't clean ears either. I do check their ears now and then but so far I have not had to do any cleaning.

That's good Peco and Vozzy don't have any problems. Jack and Taz have never had an ear problem. I do check their ears now and then though.

Because my ^Samantha^ had terrible ear infections for many years, I had gotten into the habit of cleaning my dogs' ears once a week.

Oh, that makes sense. Vinegar and water - not costly either!

Jasmine is quite prone to ear infections especially during the monsoon when it's hot and humid, the oisture gets trapped under her floppy ears. We have two products prescribed by the vet to deal with it, one disolve the build up of wax and the second is an anti fungal lotion,
She hates having her ears cleaned but doesn't put too much of a fight, interestingly she runs away if she sees us come with cotton balls, but tolerates our DD trying to stuff her ears with toilet paper and makes no move at all when she does...silly dog
