Men's Eyebrows, how thin is too thin?

Hello, all !!

What is your take on this subject?

Having relatively fine features, I am able to "get away with" having mine shaped and thinned out (compared to other guys).

My question is: If, based on your facial features, should (or would) you (or if female would you like to have your sig other) have your eyebrows shaped accordingly?

I had to have mine thinned & shaped very feminine as the result of a bet a couple of years ago (thank you Calgary Flames !), and was told that there was a stage of regrowth that suited me as they were growing back in. It wasn't until they had fully filled back in, and I needed a clean-up, that I let my esthetician have her way and do what she wanted to my brows. I have kept the look ever since.

Give me your thoughts, and thanks in advance!

Well coming from a guy who gets a brazilian regularly and waxes his chest I have given your question some thought. If you have a uni-brow or bushy eyebrows then I guess waxing them is okay. If they are real tall and or bushy then okay. But just to thin them down to get them in control. I would not arch them of get them real thin. For a guy, I think guy type eye brows.

I agree. My husband has started plucking his to get them under control, and he arched them once and it looked totally feminine and weird. I prefer them thicker, but not overwhelmingly thick. It's nice to have them groomed, as in plucking the stray hairs or thinning a bit, but they should be thicker than women's eyebrows.

Personally, and of course this is JUST me!, I find it completely repulsive when men (any men, no matter how fine or feminine their features) have eyebrows that are more shaped than mine! You can be the best looking guy in the world, but if you have over-done your eyebrows, I will not find you attractive. I think that men should pluck in the middle, and maybe any stray hairs around the outsides, but that's it. There's no reason to do any more.

Oh, and while we're on the topic of male facial hair that looks gross, I'd like to say to the men out there... if you have hair growing from your nose (not INSIDE the nose, although you could trim that! but on the OUTSIDE, like the top)... pluck it! Please!
