So I have NOT been feeling well the past 2 days or so, kinda flu like, head/chest coldish, but I think my body is really trying to fight it.

I have sinus problems and when they get really bad I get dizzy like that some days...are your sinuses feeling sore/plugged?

Maybe your bp is low? Try eating something salty?

Sorry I could not be more help, those are the only couple things I could think of....

Hey Heather,

Did you try eating something? Are you overheated at all? Dehydrated?

I don't know about where you are, but there has been a nasty flu going around Ohio since early December (I was out for a week with it). Try pumping the fluids and laying down for a little bit and see if you feel any better.

I hope you feel better soon! Keep us posted.

I have dizzy spells because of my low blood pressure, and I know pregnacy can cause that too. Try elevating your feet and eating

Hey Heather,

Sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. It could be, like you think, that you're fighting a cold or the flu. Or your blood pressure might be a little low. I felt really light headed about 2 weeks ago at work and had a nurse take my pressure (benefit of working in a hospital). Anyways, my blood pressure wasn't terribly low. I drank some cranberry juice and elevated my feet for about half an hour. I never really felt all that great that day and when I got home, I was exhausted! Maybe you aren't sleeping well at night, even though you're going to bed fairly early? I hope you start feeling better and it probably wouldn't hurt to put a call in to your dr. just to be on the safe side.

Take care!
Heather

I get dizzy in the morning from my bad sinuses, too. I take a Triaminic thin strip to help.
