Could someone fix my account?

I would like to edit my signature, and when I hit save, it tells me

email wingertheresa@aol is in use....

it won't save.

Please help

I can't fix your account (unless you want to change your email address) but I can change your signature for you. Let me know what you'd like it to be and I'll get it fixed up for you.

See my signature?  ^Moe^ has been dead nine months.  Do you think I want to see his face every time I come on here?  NO.   I have a new siggie.  I've had it since about a week after ^Moe^ died.  But I can't get it to change.

And no, I'm not changing my e-mail address.  iVillage needs to fix the problem.

Hi Gaye,

I'm sorry about Moe. This is the first I'm seeing your request for help with the signature (have you contacted your moderator previously?). It's not going to be fixed for a while, but I'd be more than happy to remove the signature for you and add in the new one. All you need to do is give me the information. Once I'm done you'll need to reset your password (you can use the same one) and you'll be good to go. Unfortunately that's the only option we have at this time.

Actually, Karla has been your mod since your previous mod finished her time here. I know she reaches out to her CLs weekly. I'll ask her to PM you to make sure she has your correct email address. Also, please check your spam box as well. I'm sorry to hear that the communications have not been received.

Ok, Erin, you changed my siggie.  But when I finally got a "reset your password" link that would work, and was able to log in again, my siggie reverted to the one I wanted removed when I posted on Quick and Easy on the Food Board.

But it shows correctly here.

I dunno.............................

Hi Gaye,

I'm sorry you had an issue with the reset form. That's the first I'm hearing of that. What didn't work?

I'm also not seeing your old signature, I'm seeing the new one. You may need to clear your browser cache. It may be holding onto your old one and showing you that one. I can't control that from my end. Depending on your browser, here are instructions on how to do that: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache.
