Hi!

You can't delete a post but you can go in and edit out the text. Click on the options link in the post and choose 'edit'.

The "edit" thing isn't working for me. It doesn't show that option. Just mark as new, bookmark, subscribe, float this topic to the top, highlight, print, email, and flag as inappropriate. I have flagged it as inappropriate and explained to the moderator twice what is going on (privacy issues) AND I have "contacted" iVillage twice via the button at the bottom of the site, and no one has gotten back to me or done anything about it. It's getting extremely frusterating.

Hi! Please log out and in and you should be able to edit now. There was an issue with your account that I've now fixed.

I was unable to locate any emails in the system from the email address associated with your account. Did you use a different email address? Due to our privacy policy, any emails sent regarding an account must be from the email address associated with the member name.

Unfortunately this was a holiday weekend so I apologize that you have had to wait. But we're now back to normal bussiness hours and you should be helped shortly, if not already.
