Hi!

I'm not sure what is going on with your account but it's being looked into. Normally you would have an iVillage profile link below your name in your post that you (and others) are able to click on. You can try this link: http://www.ivillage.com/profile/private and see if it's visible that way. I wasn't able to bring yours up manually, unfortunately. As soon as I hear back, I'll let you know.

I seem to be having the same problem as classycat1956. I get an error when I try to look at my rewards (it says "we can't find your rewards right now, please check back later" Everytime I try to save something or click on the pop-up tab to start earning rewards, I'm asked to log in or sign up. I'm using IE 9. Do I need to delete a particular cookie?

How do I "Level Up" to become iVillage Royalty?

WEll, when I try to "Like" a story with the Google+ button, it grays out and tells me I'm not allowed too becasue my profile has been deleted! Funny since Google doesn't think so... is it my iVillage profile (which I CANNOT get into to edit becasue it tells me my email is already taken)?

To "Level Up", keep doing what you've been doing up to this point!  The more articles, slideshows, etc that you read and the more you share on social media, the faster you'll gain those new levels.  Have fun and enjoy your rewards!
