I'm sorry you've had an issue with the rewards. Were you in the middle of the survey and the page changed? Were you able to start the survey over or complete it upon revisiting the link? Was there points being rewarded for the survey? If you'd like to email me the name of the survey and exactly what happened, I'd be more than happy to help you. 3/3/2013: I was doing a survey & page went to another page, I did not initiate pg change.??? This was to earn rewards - points....
How can I find out what my rewards points are good for and how can I redeem them?

To "Level Up", keep doing what you've been doing up to this point! The more articles, slideshows, etc that you read and the more you share on social media, the faster you'll gain those new levels. Have fun and enjoy your rewards!

WEll, when I try to "Like" a story with the Google+ button, it grays out and tells me I'm not allowed too becasue my profile has been deleted! Funny since Google doesn't think so... is it my iVillage profile (which I CANNOT get into to edit becasue it tells me my email is already taken)?
