Trying to contact customer service

I purchased two readings on astrology.com (provided by iVillage). I put incorrect birth time (off by 1 hour due to daylight savings time). I would like to get a reanalysis with the correct birth time. So far I have not been able to get a response by filling out the 'Contact us' form.  Hoping to get a response here..

Hi! Unfortunately we're separate entities run by different teams. Did you fill out Astrology.com's Customer Service form, found here: http://feedback.astrology.com/? Just double checking because you mentioned 'contact us' which is what our customer service form is called. :) I don't have any way to look into your email/account, but I'll send an email to have someone look into it.
