Hi, You're welcome. I'm sorry I don't have any positive news for you on that front, but it is something we hope to get resolved as soon as we can.
If you are already registered (whcich you appear to be, given you have a screen name and are posting here), your email is in the system and when you click on the notification buttons, whether it be for email notifications or subscriptions, that is the email it will use. You don't have to add one...
However, if you don't want those notifications sent to your registration email address, then you need to do what Erin said, and change your email to teh one you want to use...
Of course, the notifications aren't working so...
